Hoy día 22/11/2012 ha entrado en vigor la Ley 10/2012 de 20 de noviembre, por la que se regulan determinadas tasas en el ámbito de la Administración de Justicia y del Instituto Nacional de Toxicología y Ciencias Forenses. A través de esta Ley nuestro Gobierno, a través del Ministro de Justicia, pretende tres objetivos:
Como contrapartida, nuestra Administración de Justicia va a despedir a la mayor parte de los Jueces Sustitutos y personal laboral, y a agravar la grave situación en la que viven hoy en día tanto los Abogados como los Procuradores de toda España, que también sufren en sus carnes el efecto de la Crisis, y que dentro de poco, se sumaran al la larga lista del INEM.
